General home cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, bathroom & kitchen cleaning. Bedrooms: floors done, bed made, surfaces wiped Bathrooms: floors done, all surfaces wiped & disinfected including toilet, shower, mirror Kitchen: floors done, stove top, sink and counters well scrubbed, dishes washed and put away Living Room: floors done, countertops wiped and disinfected, couches wiped/vacuumed depending on fabric
Cancellation Policy
Please be advised that cancellations and rescheduling made up to 48 hours before a scheduled appointment will be processed without a penalty. Cancellations and rescheduling made 48 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of the service requested. This includes appointments where our service provider is unable to access the property, is turned away, or the client is a no-show. If Ry's and Shine Cleaning Co. cancels or reschedules an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.
